The river provides the perfect opportunity to see the beautiful cherry blossom trees, 3,000 of which were sent to the U.S. by Japan in 1912. You’ll see both real cherry blossoms and the fiery kind that explode overhead in beautiful patterns on the Cherry Blossom Fireworks Cruise departing from D.C.’s Washington Marina.
